This past week 16 Guaruma students made a three day trip to Lago de Yajoa. The trip was a chance to take photos for the 2011 calendar we will be designing in February and March as well as a learning experience.
On day one we visited the dock in Tela and got into Lago de Yajoa just in time for dinner. The second day we hiked around PANACAM and took a boat ride with Honduyate Marina. We started day three with a visit to the archeological park Los Naranjos, then headed to Las Cataratas to see the waterfalls and swim.
